Decriptare cod php

Buna. Am o problema. Am un autopacher si el functioneaza si cu niste fisiere de pe web. Dar problema este ca acele fisiere sunt criptate. N-ar fi o problema, dar sunt criptate in turca, adica totul e in turca. Vreau sa le traduc, dar nu pot. Cum le pot decripta?
